Key words for me were: Persistent ( in launching the ministry); Inclusive (of other churches) Desperate (for contact); Gathering (Volunteers): Instill (love and give hope); and Re-Entry (and a method).

It's so nice to see something about the pen pal ministry, along with a church welcoming ex inmates to their congregation. It also covered ministering within, and when they get out. All in all it pretty much summed up prison ministry in every aspect.
